Do I need a binding machine to use these covers?
Yes. Every Peleman cover is thermal-bound — the steel spine heats and seals around your printed pages. The Unibinder 60 Deluxe starts at $220 and you can add one inside either builder above. If you already own a Unibinder, just order covers.
Is there a minimum order?
Covers and boxes are sold by the pack, and the pack is the minimum. Hardcovers and boxes come in packs of 10; full-colour soft covers come in packs of 40. You can order as many packs as you like.
How does volume pricing work?
The prices shown on this page are the standard per-pack prices. Volume pricing is applied automatically in your cart at checkout — you don't need a code. Open any product page to see the full pricing detail for that item before you buy.
How do I get my own design onto the cover?
Start from the Canva template for the product you're ordering — it's pre-sized to the cover and spine so nothing gets trimmed. Once your design is ready, contact us at sales.us@peleman.com and we'll confirm the file and walk you through the next step.
What if my brokerage isn't in the configurator?
We design custom covers with your logo, colours and approved brand artwork — foil-stamped and ready in five business days. Or use the custom builder above and print your own full-colour design.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. Your design is stored on your account — by you or by us — so we can reproduce it whenever you need more. No need to resend artwork for a repeat order.
How fast does it ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 24 hours from Suwanee, Georgia. Shipping is free on orders over $300.
Do I need a special printer for the pages?
No. Print your pages on any standard office printer, then slide them into the cover before binding. We ship Canva, PowerPoint and Keynote templates pre-sized for the spine widths we sell.
