Thermal Binding Machine
A thermal binding machine is designed to create professional book-style documents quickly and efficiently. It is widely used in offices, print shops, and educational environments where document presentation quality is important. This system helps users produce clean, durable, and polished reports without manual punching or complex binding steps.

MACHINE + COVER = A FINISHED BOOK
A thermal book binding machine works as a complete system where the machine and cover work together to produce a finished document. Unlike traditional binding methods, the binding machine thermal process uses heat-activated adhesive to securely bind pages inside the cover, creating a smooth and professional finish suitable for business documents and presentations.

Same U-steel spine in every cover. Same magnetic trigger in every machine. That's why any cover fits any machine.

U-steel spine + thermal resinTHE SECRET IS INSIDE THE SPINE.
These machines use heat to activate the adhesive inside the spine of the cover. Once the pages are inserted, the machine applies controlled heat to melt the glue and bind the document securely. After cooling, the pages remain permanently fixed, creating a strong and professional finish. This process makes thermal binding machines one of the most reliable document binding solutions.
Triggers automatically
The steel spine flips the machine's magnetic switch the moment you insert it. No on/off button.
No warm-up, ever
Every machine is ready instantly and finishes a bind in about 90 seconds.
One spine, every cover
Spine, Flex, Soft, Hard and Custom covers all share the same steel spine — so any cover works on any machine.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Every Peleman cover has a U-shaped steel channel pre-loaded with a thermal resin strip. You slide your printed pages in, set the cover into the machine, and the steel spine triggers a magnetic switch automatically. In about 90 seconds the resin bonds your pages into a real, finished book — no glue, coils or hole-punching.
Both — they're one system. The covers carry the spine and resin; the machine supplies the heat that bonds them. Any Peleman cover works with any Peleman machine.
It depends on the machine. The Unibind 60 binds up to 60 sheets — that's 120 pages printed double-sided. Larger machines go higher, up to 340 sheets on the 8.2.
No. None of the machines have an on/off button or a warm-up. The cover's steel spine activates the machine the moment you insert it.
Think about how finished you want it to arrive. Spine covers let you supply your own panels; Flex, Soft and Hard covers arrive more and more finished; Full-Color Custom covers are fully printed and made to order with your branding.
