Acceptance of Terms of Usage

These Terms of Usage govern your access and use of this Site. By accessing or using this site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage and by any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site. Peleman Industries Inc. reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms of Usage at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Usage each time you access this Site.

You also agree that we may provide all legal communications and notices to you electronically by posting them on our website or by sending an email to the email address you provided. You may withdraw your consent to receive communications electronically by contacting customer care. If you withdraw your consent, you must discontinue your use of your account.

General

All terms and conditions and any transactions occurring online at https://www.pelemanusa.com or by phone are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Peleman Industries Inc. is not responsible for delays or damages resulting from machinery breakdown, acts of God, governmental actions, war, riot, seizure, or embargo.

The tools, resources, and content available on https://www.pelemanusa.com are the property of Peleman Industries Inc. and its affiliated companies.

The buyer’s order shall be deemed acceptance of the seller’s terms. All terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Reservations

All orders are subject to acceptance by Peleman Industries Inc. We reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse.

We also reserve the right to change prices at any time, even after we receive the order.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for all items, including machines and supplies. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two business days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly or arrived defective.

We do not guarantee exact color matches. Colors on screen may appear different from printed or manufactured materials.

Credit Card

If the buyer’s credit card is declined, Peleman Industries Inc. will not process the order.

If an account becomes delinquent, buyer agrees to pay a monthly finance charge of 2 percent on the unpaid balance. If an account goes beyond its payment terms, future purchases may require advance payment.

If legal action is required to enforce these terms, the buyer agrees to pay reasonable legal fees and costs.

Warranty

Peleman Industries Inc. does not make any explicit or implied warranty other than replacement of defective products.

We may replace defective products or provide a credit for the purchase price at our discretion.

Binding Machines Warranty
All Peleman binding machines include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and operational malfunctions. Replacement or repair will be provided during the warranty period.

This warranty does not cover misuse, mishandling, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs.

Shipping

Shipping terms are F.O.B. 11820 Wills Road, Suite 100, Alpharetta, GA 30009.

Peleman Industries Inc. will arrange shipping with the carrier on behalf of the buyer. The buyer is fully responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

Peleman Industries Inc. is not responsible for any delay in delivery or any loss or damage that occurs while the order is in transit with the shipping carrier.

Limitation of Liability

Peleman Industries Inc. will not be liable in contract or tort for incidental or consequential damages resulting from performance or nonperformance of our obligations.

We are not liable for financial losses, costs, expenses, or economic damages of any kind.

The buyer agrees not to hold Peleman Industries Inc. responsible for any claims, demands, or actions arising from allegations involving copyrights, trademarks, service marks, privacy violations, or personal rights.

Cancellations and Refunds

Peleman Industries Inc. will not refund any order that has already been shipped or cancelled after the order has been processed.

Refunds for approved returns are issued only after returned items are received and inspected.
