What is included in each Life in Color bundle?

Each bundle includes a Unibind binding machine and a curated set of covers. The Starter and Maker bundles are landscape photobook kits, and the Signature bundle is our premium hardcover collection in six signature colors.

Is this a good bookbinding kit for beginners?

Yes. The bundles pair the machine with covers, so there’s no awl, thread or hand gluing to learn. The Starter Bundle is the easiest place to begin.

How do I create my book?

Choose your bundle or hardcover, upload your photos and design your pages, then bind your finished book at home in seconds with the Unibind machine.

Can I do DIY scrapbook binding without a machine?

Yes. Stitching, binder rings or screw posts work, but they take longer and mean punching holes. A craft binding machine gives a clean, sealed spine in seconds.

Do I need any special equipment?

No — the bundles include everything you need, including the binding machine and covers. If you already own a Unibind machine, you can shop covers on their own.

What sizes of photo albums can I make?

Hardcovers come in portrait and landscape formats. See each product page for exact sizes.

Can I use it for junk journals, planners or recipe books?

Yes, for flat sheets such as journal pages, recipes or planner pages. Very bulky embellishments won’t bind well, so keep pages fairly flat.

What kinds of memory book albums can I make?

How do I bind a scrapbook at home with a binding machine?

Put your finished pages into a hardcover and set it in the thermal binding machine. The heat seals the spine in seconds, with no punching, sewing or hand gluing.

Photobooks are landscape-format books, ideal for photo-first layouts. Hardcovers are portrait-format premium covers in the same signature colors, made for a timeless bookshelf look.
